ADVANCE PAYMENT

Any advance payments for the cost of the entire year’s school or by semester will receive a 1% discount on the study fees.

LATE ENTRY

  • Students entering the school within the first two weeks of the month will pay the full monthly fees.
  • For students entering the school after the first two weeks of the month, the monthly feesare calculated from the date of enrolment.

LATE PAYMENT

  • The monthly feesmust be paid in full each month, however; annual feecan be settled using the following methods:

  • The monthly fees for the previous month must be paid within the first week of every month or before a student will be allowed to attend classes.

OVERDUE POLICY

  • A reminder letter will be issued if parent/guardian fails to pay according to the given timeline.
  • A late fee of RM50.00 for eachweek past the given date as stated in the reminder letter will be added to the invoice.
  • No student may begin attending the school until the agreed fees have been paid (parent/guardian is required to consult us immediately on the matter as we will consider several methods of payment).

REFUND POLICY

  • 60% of the overall fee will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the beginning of the school term.
  • 40% of the overall fee will be refunded if a student withdraws between 1 – 21 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.
  • 20% of the overall fee will be refunded if a student withdraws between 22 – 39 days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.
  • No refund will be given if a student withdraws after 40 or more days subsequent to the commencement of the school term.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the submission form of the withdrawal form.

  • Cash transfer or debit to Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad via current account number 090 100 100 727 16 (please retain the transaction slip).
  • Cheque under AMS TRAINING & MANAGEMENT.
  • In cash term.
